โครงคำสั่ง 4 ส่วน

  1. บทบาท: "คุณเป็นแอดมินร้านเสื้อผ้าที่พูดสุภาพเป็นกันเอง"
  2. งาน: "เขียนข้อความตอบลูกค้าที่ถามว่าเสื้อหดไหม"
  3. บริบท: "ผ้าคอตตอน 100% ซักครั้งแรกหดได้ราว 3% ร้านแนะนำซักน้ำเย็น"
  4. รูปแบบ: "ไม่เกิน 3 บรรทัด ลงท้ายด้วยคำถามเลือกไซซ์"

เทคนิคที่ได้ผล

  • ให้ตัวอย่าง ข้อความที่ชอบ 1–2 ชิ้น แล้วบอกว่า "เขียนในโทนนี้"
  • ให้ถามกลับ: "ถ้าข้อมูลไม่พอ ให้ถามฉันก่อนเขียน"
  • แบ่งงานใหญ่เป็นขั้น: ร่างโครง → เขียนทีละส่วน → ตรวจ
  • เก็บคำสั่งที่ดีไว้ใช้ซ้ำ เป็นคลังของทีม
