Refund policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so refunds work as follows.

You can get a refund when

• You didn't receive the product, and requesting a new link on the recovery page didn't help
• The file is broken or won't open and we can't fix it within 7 days
• The product differs significantly from its description on the product page
• You were charged twice for the same order

How to request

Email us within 14 days of purchase with your purchase email, order reference and the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

Refund timing

Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Download rights for that order are revoked.
