What data never to send to AI
Sort data into 3 colours and set clear team rules before using outside AI

กติกา 3 สี
- แดง — ห้ามส่ง: เลขบัตรประชาชน ข้อมูลสุขภาพ รหัสผ่าน/คีย์ API ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร สัญญาที่มีข้อห้ามเปิดเผย ข้อมูลลูกค้าที่ระบุตัวได้
- เหลือง — ส่งได้หลังลบตัวตน: ข้อความลูกค้า (ลบชื่อ/เบอร์) ตัวเลขยอดขายแบบไม่ระบุคู่ค้า
- เขียว — ส่งได้: ข้อมูลสาธารณะ คำบรรยายสินค้า ร่างบทความ
ตั้งกติกาทีม
- เขียนรายการสีแดงของธุรกิจคุณเองให้ชัด
- ใช้บัญชีแบบองค์กร/ปิดการนำข้อมูลไปฝึกโมเดล ถ้าบริการมีตัวเลือก
- งานที่ต้องใช้ข้อมูลสีแดงจริงๆ พิจารณา Local AI ที่รันในเครื่อง
ภายใต้ PDPA ร้านคือผู้รับผิดชอบข้อมูลลูกค้า การส่งข้อมูลให้บริการภายนอกต้องมีเหตุผลและความปลอดภัยรองรับ
