Separate shop money from home money
A separate account + paying yourself a salary = knowing if the shop really profits

เมื่อเงินร้านกับเงินใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวอยู่บัญชีเดียวกัน จะไม่มีทางรู้ว่าร้านกำไรหรือแค่มีเงินหมุนผ่าน
ขั้นตอนเริ่มต้น
- เปิดบัญชีธนาคารแยกสำหรับร้าน (ชื่อตัวเองก็ได้ ถ้ายังไม่เป็นนิติบุคคล)
- รายรับของร้านทุกช่องทางเข้าบัญชีนี้ รายจ่ายของร้านจ่ายจากบัญชีนี้
- จ่ายเงินเดือนให้ตัวเอง เป็นยอดคงที่ทุกเดือน แทนการหยิบใช้ตามสะดวก
- ถ้าจำเป็นต้องจ่ายของร้านด้วยเงินส่วนตัว ให้จดเป็น "เจ้าของสำรองจ่าย" แล้วโอนคืน
ได้อะไร
- ตัวเลขกำไรจริง ไม่ปนค่าใช้จ่ายบ้าน
- หลักฐานรายได้ชัดเจนเวลายื่นภาษีหรือขอสินเชื่อ
- เห็นว่าร้านจ่ายเงินเดือนให้เจ้าของไหวจริงไหม
