- งานเล็ก: มัดจำ 50% ก่อนเริ่ม · 50% ก่อนส่งไฟล์ต้นฉบับ
- งานใหญ่: มัดจำ 30–50% · งวดตามจุดส่งมอบ (milestone) · งวดสุดท้ายเมื่อส่งมอบครบ
ทำให้จ่ายง่าย
- ใส่ช่องทางชำระในใบแจ้งหนี้ (บัญชี/QR PromptPay)
- ส่งใบแจ้งหนี้ทันทีที่ถึงงวด ไม่รอ
ข้อความทวง 3 ระดับ
- ครบกำหนด: "แจ้งเตือนใบแจ้งหนี้เลขที่ … ครบกำหนดวันนี้ค่ะ แนบ QR ไว้ให้แล้ว"
- เลย 7 วัน: "รบกวนตรวจสอบการชำระใบแจ้งหนี้ … หากชำระแล้วส่งสลิปให้ได้เลยค่ะ"
- เลย 14–30 วัน: แจ้งชัดว่าจะหยุดงานส่วนที่เหลือ/ยังไม่ส่งไฟล์ต้นฉบับตามสัญญา
อย่าส่งไฟล์ต้นฉบับหรือโอนสิทธิ์ก่อนได้รับเงินครบ — ส่งไฟล์ตัวอย่างที่มีลายน้ำแทน
